Job summary

Bachoco USA is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift (Debone) at our Fort Smith, AR facility. You will supervise hourly staff, ensure safety, yields, and quality while meeting customer specifications and USDA requirements.

The role requires strong leadership, problem solving, and bilingual capability (English/Spanish a plus). Daily shift reporting and collaboration with multiple departments are essential.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or lead experience in poultry processing preferred.
• Demonstrated critical thinking skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work.
• Ability to build relationships and influence to get results.
• Bi-lingual in English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise a team of hourly employees.
• Ensure safety, performance, yields, staffing, time and attendance, training, and corrective actions for assigned shift.
• Enforce company policies, Food Safety Guidelines and GMPs.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet customer specs and USDA requirements.
• Complete daily shift reporting including time edits.
• Maximize yields and throughputs while maintaining quality.
• Participate in interviews for open positions.
• Ensure safety and job-specific training on assigned shift.
• Prepare shift for customer and BRC audits.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
