Job summary

Bachoco OK Foods is hiring a Debone Plant Tender Puller for the 1st shift in Fort Smith, AR. The position supports high-volume production and requires standing for long periods as well as lifting 25–40 pounds. You will operate and monitor high-speed processing equipment and assist in producing quality chicken products.

Shift from 7:55 a.m. to 4:55 p.m. offers competitive pay of $18.50 per hour, with weekly attendance incentives, 30- and 90-day pay increases, a 30-day shadowing/mentorship

Responsibilities

• Set-up/tear-down workstation & line as required.
• Properly load front half on high speed processing machines so that the front half is properly processed.
• Properly arrange breast meat and/or tenders on high speed processing machines so that the meat is properly processed and/or portioned.
• Identify when a machine is not functioning properly.
• Visually grade product and cut out unacceptable items.
• Perform duties at a pace to keep up with machine capacity and maintain a safe, sanitary work area.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25-40 pounds.
