Bachoco USA is seeking a Marination Operator for the 1st shift at our Fort Smith processing plant. The role involves set-up of the workstation, marinating products, and handling totes and equipment daily.

Responsibilities

• Set-up/tear-down workstation and line as required.
• Marinates product by performing duties.
• Dumps totes of product into tanks for marination.
• Move products from cooler to marination area using hand or power jack.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work area; stand, walk, and reach during shift.
