• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge: Great working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, Word, 10-key, typing; familiarity with compliance/regulations.
• Experience: Banking experience preferred but not required.
• Skills/Abilities: Well organized; able to operate related computer applications and equipment; headset use.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain efficient workflow.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all debit card maintenance tasks.
• Mitigate debit card fraud and resolve related disputes.
• Process and balance entries; perform posting and reconciliation.
• Monitor the department email and support banking centers by phone.
• Assist with debit card issues and other electronic banking needs.
• Cross-train with other departments as needed.
• Resolve complex issues and complete projects with minimal supervision.
• Serve as backup for day-to-day peer processes.
