San Francisco Community College District is seeking a Dean for the School of Science, Technology, Engineering, & Mathematics (STEM) to provide strategic leadership across the school, including curriculum, scheduling, and accreditation. Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited college or university with leadership experience in administration.
• 3 years of faculty instruction or student services at a postsecondary institution.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational management and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide educational leadership for the School of STEM, including curriculum development and accreditation.
• Oversee program scheduling, teaching assignments, and resource planning to meet student needs.
• Guide budgets, supervise department chairs and staff, and ensure compliance with district policies.
• Foster collaboration with college divisions to promote diversity and student equity.
• Lead community engagement and partnerships to support student success in STEM fields.
