• The Dean will connect the College’s work, activities, and goals to the University’s mission.
• The Dean will build and sustain collegial relationships with faculty, students, staff, and administrators.
• The Dean will provide stability, coherence, and strategic direction and attract community and donor support for the College’s programs and research initiatives.
