Qualifications

• Master's Degree in discipline within Division of Social and Behavioral Sciences.
• 5+ teaching experience in higher education.
• Evidence of successful administrative leadership in higher education.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for development and implementation of goals and priorities.
• Select, supervise, and evaluate full-time faculty and staff; hire part-time as needed.
• Direct annual budget preparation and monitor unit spending.
• Lead administrative functions (accreditation, student success, planning, data-driven decisions).
• Represent programs to external stakeholders and partners; respond to inquiries.
• Lead program accreditation and program review processes.
• Coordinate reports and communications with internal/external constituents.
• Ensure timely curriculum review and faculty workload policies.
• Maintain collegial relationships and adaptability to change.
