The Dean reports to the Provost and leads a diverse college focused on preparing educators for a range of cultural contexts and improving educational outcomes across North Carolina.

Qualifications

• Senior academic administration and budget management experience.
• Proven track record in teaching, research and service.
• Experience with accreditation matters and grants.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, hire, and develop a diverse workforce.

Responsabilités

• Lead the School of Education as chief academic and administrative officer.
• Develop strategic plans, set priorities, and allocate resources.
• Foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to advance programs.
• Represent the school to the college, university, and external partners.
