Job summary

Qualifications

• Earned doctoral degree in education and current status/rank at associate/full professor; eligible for tenure consideration.
• 3–5 years administration and supervision at associate dean level or above; proven leadership in academic administration.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills; experience with accreditation matters.

Responsibilities

• Serve as chief academic and administrative officer for the School of Education; align programs with university priorities.
• Provide strategic leadership for faculty, staff, and educational initiatives; oversee budgeting and resources.
• Lead fundraising, partnerships, and grant activities; foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
