Qualifications

• Minnesota teaching license required; secondary admin/teaching experience preferred.
• Principal license preferred.
• Experience with students at risk.
• Experience developing professional development for behavioral issues.
• Vehicle license or ability to provide own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support staff and district in improving instructional capacity.
• Assist Principal Team in leading the building's efforts for inclusive learning environment.
• Coordinate with district leadership on instructional delivery and professional development.
• Develop policies for building security and safety.
• Counsel students and provide referrals for testing or guidance.
