Alliance College-Ready Public Schools in Los Angeles is seeking a Deans of Scholars to foster an inclusive school community that drives high academic achievement and well-being. You will lead PBIS implementation, support staff with trauma-informed practices, and coordinate family engagement to build strong relationships with scholars and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
• 4+ years of progressive professional work experience in a related field, including at least 1 year of school leadership
• Experience managing a team of adults and directing MTSS in a school setting is preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead school culture initiatives aligned with PBIS and trauma-informed practices.
• Oversee scholar attendance and MTSS processes to support equity and inclusion.
• Manage behavior systems, documentation, and re-entry meetings with stakeholders.
• Coordinate family engagement and communications with scholars, families, and staff.
• Lead data analysis on attendance, behavior, and outcomes to drive interventions.
• Provide staff coaching, professional development, and performance feedback.
