Alliance College-Ready Public Schools seeks a Scholar Culture Liaison to maintain a safe, inclusive campus by building strong relationships with scholars and implementing restorative practices. The role emphasizes de-escalation, early intervention, and collaboration with staff on social-emotional supports.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
• 2+ years of experience in a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in human development, psychology, social work, education, or related field may replace experience.
• High school diploma with 5+ years of related experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Build developmentally appropriate positive relationships with scholars.
• Supervise scholar activity areas during transitions, breaks, and lunch.
• Assist in general supervision with discipline and behavior expectations.
• Follow behavior incident reporting protocols to administrators.
• Implement universal Tier I interventions to prevent minor behaviors.
• Engage in least invasive interventions to promote positive culture.
