Alliance College-Ready Public Schools in Los Angeles seeks a Scholar Culture Liaison to support a safe, inclusive campus and proactive behavior management. You will build trusting relationships with scholars, supervise transitions, and reinforce school-wide expectations through positive interventions.

You will collaborate with the Leadership Team, document incidents, run restorative meetings, and participate in home visits to support scholars and families.

Competenze

• Associate’s Degree or higher is required or preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a related field.
• We will consider candidates with no related work experience if they have a Bachelor’s degree in human development, psychology, social work, education, or a related field.
• Candidates with only a high school diploma or the equivalent may be considered with 5+ years of experience in a related field.

Mansioni

• Build developmentally appropriate, positive relationships with scholars to foster trust and cooperation.
• Supervise scholar activity areas during transitions, breaks, and lunch periods.
• Enforce school policies and procedures to support discipline and behavioral expectations.
• Follow behavior incident reporting protocols for timely communication to administrators.
• Implement Tier I interventions to prevent and redirect minor behaviors.
• Engage in least invasive intervention strategies to promote a positive school culture.
• Maintain relationships with parents, guardians, and the school community.
• Maintain data for behavior systems and individual support plans.
• Support school-wide behavior response systems and positive recognition events.
• Assist in documentation and investigations related to scholar behavior incidents.
• Schedule and facilitate restorative meetings between scholars.
• Join home visits for scholar support.
