Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid NC teaching license required.
• Minimum of three years' experience in education or related area.
• Equivalent combination of experience and education may be accepted.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development, implementation, and improvement of instructional programs aligned to NC Standards and CMS frameworks.
• Coordinate curriculum, instruction, and assessment across grade levels and language programs.
• Conduct classroom walkthroughs and provide targeted coaching.
• Analyze student performance data to inform instructional decisions.
• Support School Improvement Plan and SMART goals with intervention plans.
