Aufgaben

• Provide guidance on instructional policy and the university's strategic plan.
• Oversee course scheduling and faculty workload; ensure program efficiency.
• Coordinate outcomes assessment, accreditation, and general education.
• Recommend faculty appointments, conduct evaluations, and support tenure/promotion.
• Assist in budget development and monitor financial health of departments.
• Represent the division on committees, convocations, and inter-institutional initiatives.
