Job summary

Milan Institute seeks a Dean of Education to guide campus educational operations, lead faculty development, and improve student outcomes. You will partner with the Campus Director across two Houston locations (Gessner and Freeway) to uphold academic standards and drive continuous improvement.

You will oversee instructional performance, attendance, and program outcomes, while aligning curricula with accreditation standards and career readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in an education leadership role.
• Experience managing faculty and programs in an accredited setting.
• Strong collaboration with campus leadership and departments.

Responsibilities
