Qualifications

Terminal degree in Education, Counseling, Criminology, Criminal Justice, or related field.
Seven years of higher education teaching and at least five years of administrative leadership.
Commitment to Catholic liberal education and mission-driven leadership.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead a clear strategic vision for SEHS aligned with the University mission.
Oversee program quality, enrollment growth, and accreditation activities.
Support faculty excellence through recruitment, development, and governance.
Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
Foster interdisciplinary collaboration across Education, Counseling, Criminology, Law and Society.
Build donor relationships and expand scholarship opportunities.
