Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in higher education administration, student affairs, counseling, career services, or related field.
• Five years of experience in student services, advising, career services, or related areas.
• Two years of management or supervisory experience in higher education.

• Provides districtwide leadership in design, implementation, assessment and continuous improvement of academic advising and career services.
• Leads management and professional development for managers and staff within the area.
• Develops and manages districtwide budgets for the functional area.
• Advances equitable student success outcomes.
• Drives decisions using actionable student and operational data.
• Executes institutional strategy within the functional area.
• Partners across divisions to remove silos and improve outcomes.
• Oversees campus-based duties including Student Conduct, New Student Orientation and Title IX.
• Travel within the District is expected for this position.
