The Career Academy Coordinator supports scheduling, communication, and coordination with students, faculty, and administration regarding Career Academies in multiple EICC locations. The ideal candidate provides direct service to administrators to collect data on students who are participating and supports Concurrent Enrollment Advisors and CCTCs with information regarding guided pathways and academy opportunities.
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree or possess 4 years of equivalent experience, with a preference for at least two years of progressively responsible experience within an educational institution. Attention to detail, a positive demeanor, and exceptional interpersonal skills are essential. Proficiency in computer and technology applications, along with advanced English language skills—including grammar, spelling, and organizational abilities—is required. Effective communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills are critical, particularly in equity-focused initiatives. Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel for data documentation, are expected. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple projects while prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
General ability to work in a fast-paced environment, which could include moving around to attend meetings or manage tasks.
Salary $47,400 - $58,100/Year
