Qualifications

• Earned doctorate or terminal degree in business or related field.
• Scholarly, professional, or practice-based achievements warranting appointment as a tenured Full Professor.
• A distinguished record of teaching, academic, professional, and administrative accomplishment.
• Demonstrated experience in academic leadership, including strategic planning and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic vision and leadership for the College of Business.
• Oversee curriculum development, assessment, and accreditation processes.
• Foster interdisciplinary collaboration within the college and with external partners.
• Lead recruitment, retention, evaluation, and professional development of faculty and staff.
• Drive fundraising, corporate partnerships, and alumni engagement to support growth.
