Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and eight years of related experience.
• Doctorate or equivalent with distinguished scholarship, research, and teaching.
• Administrative leadership in a diverse academic community.
• Fundraising and curricular development desirable.

Responsibilities

• Providing strategic leadership and administrative support for course scheduling, accreditation, assessment and continuous improvement
• Supporting faculty, students, and staff to advance the college’s mission
• Supporting research and scholarly activities
• Ensuring the effective management of financial resources and facilities, including budget planning and management
• Engaging with alumni, donors and collaborators
• Recruiting new faculty and supporting them through tenure and promotion
• Promoting professional development opportunities
