Qualifications

• Doctoral or terminal degree in a field relevant to leadership in academic affairs.
• Proven track record of visionary and administrative leadership.

• Strong record of enrollment, graduation, research, fundraising.
• Experience with accreditation and strategic planning is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as the School of Business's public voice and advocate.
• Develop and execute strategic priorities aligned with the university plan.
• Oversee budgets, endowments, and space management.
• Lead fundraising and donor relations.
• Foster collaboration with faculty, students, alumni and external partners.
