Job summary

Sacbar is seeking a Dean of Admissions to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for undergraduate admissions, spanning first-year, transfer, and international recruitment and enrollment. The role focuses on developing enrollment strategies aligned with financial, academic, and diversity goals while ensuring a student-centered admissions experience.

The Dean will lead admissions operations, staff development, and data-informed decision-making, collaborating with campus partners

Qualifications

• Requires a Master’s in Higher Education Administration or related field.
• Minimum eight years in admissions/enrollment management with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of enrollment strategies, policies, and best practices.
• Experience with data analytics and enrollment technologies (Slate CRM preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment and enrollment strategies.
• Oversee admissions operations, application review, and enrollment processes.
• Review and enhance admissions policies and selection criteria.
• Hire and supervise staff, manage budgets, and monitor performance.
• Build partnerships with high schools, colleges, and external partners.
• Collaborate with Marketing to execute integrated recruitment campaigns.
• Analyze data and prepare reports for campus stakeholders.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and student-centered service throughout the enrollment cycle.
