Job summary

Calbright College seeks a Dean of Academic Excellence & Effectiveness to drive accreditation integrity, program quality, and data-informed improvements across the college. You will partner with the VP of Learning and Instruction to strengthen institutional effectiveness and equity-focused outcomes.

The role centers on leading accreditation processes, program evaluation, and cross-divisional collaboration to advance Calbright’s mission and growth in a primarily remote environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in education, administration, policy, or related field.
• At least five years in higher education administration with leadership in institutional effectiveness and accreditation.
• Experience leading accreditation processes and liaison roles with accrediting agencies.
• Familiarity with online learning environments and quality standards for distance education.

Responsibilities

• Lead academic program review cycles, guiding evaluation processes for continuous improvement.
• Advise on program development, alignment with quality standards, accreditation needs, and student success goals.
• Provide strategic guidance on program optimization using data-driven insights across divisions.
• Support cross-divisional operations, reporting infrastructure, and equitable student access initiatives.
• Serve as Accreditation Liaison Officer (ALO) and coordinate cycles, self-studies, and site visits.
