Qualifications

• Minimum three years of professional healthcare experience or health sciences education.
• Experience supporting program quality, curriculum development, workforce alignment, or student success initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Learning and Instruction leadership to support program approval processes.
• Monitor healthcare industry trends, workforce demands, certification requirements, and regulatory changes.
• Lead the program review process and ensure continuous improvement.
• Oversee adjunct faculty in the department including performance reviews and timesheets.
• Develop experiential learning opportunities aligned with accreditation requirements and partnerships.
