The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Education with substantial supervisory and teaching experience, and must be able to work evenings and Saturdays as needed to meet objectives.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education from an accredited institution.
• Minimum five years of supervisory experience in a college-level setting.
• Minimum three years of teaching experience at the college level.
• Ability to work extended hours, including evenings and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly and annual retention goals of the college.
• Meet or exceed daily student attendance rate goal of 85%.
• Develop and maintain the master schedule for all programs and courses.
• Verify classes have coverage and instructors complete contractual agreements.
• Recruit, interview, and train quality faculty, staff, and TAs.
• Conduct quarterly classroom observations of instructors.
• Provide orientation and training programs for new hires.
• Verify instructors' administrative duties and record keeping.
• Conduct student satisfaction surveys and share results to improve instruction.
• Schedule faculty development activities to meet accreditation criteria.
• Develop annual faculty development plans and monitor progress.
• Complete annual performance evaluations for faculty and staff.
• Supervise Registrar, Student Services, and Library personnel.
