Qualifications

• At least 5 years of progressive supervisory or management experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in education.
• Strong leadership and results-oriented communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the campus budget and operational plan.
• Oversee academic programs, student services, and graduate placement.
• Directly manage and mentor campus department directors.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
• Build relationships with community partners for recruitment.
