Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide academic leadership and oversight of SNHS programs and services.
• Champion faculty recruitment, development, and tenure processes.
• Guide accreditation efforts and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead enrollment strategies and student success initiatives.
• Foster research, community engagement, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Oversee budgeting and resource allocation.
• Build external partnerships with healthcare systems and donors.
