Job summary

Saint Leo University seeks an accomplished academic leader to serve as Dean of the College of Health Professions. This 12-month, faculty-rank administrator reports to the Provost and leads nursing, allied health, and social work programs.

The Dean will drive growth, enrollments, and new programs across modalities, including online and hybrid formats, while forging partnerships to diversify revenue and ensure accreditation success.

Qualifications

• Terminal degree from an accredited institution; senior leadership experience in health professions education.
• Proven track record launching and scaling new health programs and managing accreditation processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and visionary leadership for the College of Health Professions.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy across modalities and programs.
• Lead enrollment growth and direct entry MSN program development.
• Oversee accreditation, licensure outcomes, and program quality.
• Recruit, develop, and retain faculty and staff with a culture of accountability.
• Manage enrollment performance, budgets, and day-to-day operations with discipline.
• Cultivate partnerships with hospitals, health systems, and donors.
