Qualifications

• Required: Master’s degree in Library Science (or equivalent) from an ALA-accredited program.
• Preferred: Eight years of related library experience including managerial roles.
• Bilingual – English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership for the Killam Library and its team of staff and student workers.
• Manage operations and budget, align with university priorities, and pursue external funding.
• Coordinate library programs, services, and collaborations across campus and with consortia.

Education

Master’s degree in Library Science (or equivalent)

Second Master’s or advanced degree in related field
