Qualifications

• Master's degree in an Academic field (required).
• Three years of supervisory experience in higher education (required).
• Eight years of teaching experience in higher education (required).
• Ability to effectively communicate with division stakeholders (required).
• Equivalent combination of certification, education and experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide division leadership and direction through Department Heads and Program Directors.
• Oversee class schedules and develop data-informed master schedule for student pathways.
• Direct curriculum development and collaboration with transfer partners and industry.
• Mentor and evaluate faculty; monitor performance and address concerns.
• Develop goals for programs and manage accountability and budget.
