Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in an academic field is required or equivalent.
• Eight years of teaching experience in higher education.
• Three years of supervisory experience in higher education.
• Ability to effectively communicate with division stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide division leadership and direction through Department Heads and Program Directors.
• Oversee class schedules and develop a data-informed master schedule.
• Collaborate on curriculum development and program assessment with transfer partners and industry.
• Mentor and evaluate faculty; manage complex student and staff issues.
• Develop division goals and accountability systems tied to student success and budget.
