Qualifications

• Master’s Degree required.
• Five or more years of experience in workforce development, community education, or continuing education required.
• Experience managing budgets, personnel, and program/project management required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to subdivision staff and oversee planning and evaluation of initiatives.
• Develop and manage non-credit, professional development, and workforce training programs.
• Oversee budgets, monthly financial reporting, and strategic partnerships with community and industry.
