• Earned doctorate in a discipline relevant to the position.
• A record of scholarly achievement and academic accomplishments suitable for tenure and full professor at UW–Madison CALS.

Responsibilities

• Provide personnel oversight for the College, including recruitment and professional development.
• Provide leadership for instructional, research, extension and outreach missions.
• Serve as chief academic officer of CALS.
• Foster cross-campus collaborations and engagement with Deans Council.
