Job summary

Randolph Community College seeks a Dean, Business, Entrepreneurship and Information Technology to lead credit and noncredit programs. You will report to the AVP of Learning & Workforce Development and provide strategic, academic, and operational direction for the division.

Within the One-College model, you will ensure clear pathways to credentials, degrees, employment, or transfer, while overseeing program quality, enrollment, and outcomes across division pathways.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited institution in a related academic or professional field.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in higher education or workforce development.
• Experience supervising faculty and instructional staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine stackable academic and workforce pathways that align noncredit credentials with credit programs.
• Lead long‑range planning based on labor market demand and regional needs.
• Ensure curriculum alignment with accreditation standards and system/state requirements.
• Engage advisory committees and employer/educational partners in program design and credential alignment.
