Qualifications

• Articulate the university mission within a Catholic and Marianist context.
• Experience as a full-time, tenured faculty member in arts, humanities or social sciences.
• Strong record of teaching, scholarship and service at tenure level.
• Experience as an academic administrator with budgeting oversight.
• Commitment to inclusive excellence and collaborative leadership.
• Experience with assessment and program review.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic academic leadership for CAHSS and its programs.
• Lead enrollment growth, student success, faculty development, and scholarship.
• Oversee budget, resources, and strategic implementation.
• Strengthen external partnerships and fundraising.
• Represent CAHSS across St. Mary’s and regional communities.
