The Technical College of the Lowcountry seeks a Division Dean to lead an academic division (Arts & Sciences, Business Technologies, Industrial Technology, or Health Sciences). The role reports to the Vice President for Academic Affairs and oversees faculty, staff, curriculum development, divisional marketing, and instructional management.

Master’s Degree is required, Doctorate preferred, with demonstrated teaching, curriculum development, and educational management experience in higher

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree required; Doctorate preferred, in area appropriate to the instructional division.
• Demonstrated skills in teaching, curriculum development, and educational management.
• Experience in higher education settings.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to instructional development and curriculum planning within the division.
• Teach courses as assigned and assess student learning outcomes.
• Advise and support students and coordinate with Student Services as needed.
• Represent the division in professional development and community engagement.
• Participate in college committees and cross-divisional collaboration.
• Plan and oversee instructional management, budgets, and facilities for the division.
