• Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience must include at least 3 years in a management level position.

Responsibilities

• Lead academic support areas through planning, development, implementation, and evaluation in the division.
• Evaluate data and trends to inform growth of instructional programs and projects.
• Ensure the division offers programs that promote student success and meet accreditation and board requirements.
• Oversee strategic planning and institutional effectiveness processes, including ACE and SLO assessment.
• Coordinate long-range academic plans with leadership, including budgeting and staff development.
