Qualifications

• 4+ years in Audit, Assurance, Advisory or Deals/FDD in Public Accounting (Big 4/Top 10 preferred).
• Experience with large public filers (Audit/Assurance) & High Value Transactions (Deals/FDD).
• Strong communication with C-Suite executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Accounting & Transaction Advisory engagements at Manager level.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value deals and due diligence.
• Leverage GAAP, IFRS, FASB & SEC/ASC standards on engagements.
• Drive adoption of AI/RPA tools to improve processes.
