Job summary

Ricart Ford is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Service Valet to join our busy service department. In this fast-paced role, you will be the first point of contact for customers bringing in their vehicles, greeting them professionally, moving vehicles across our lot, and keeping the service lane running smoothly.

This position offers growth opportunities into Service Advisor or Technician roles with company-paid training.

Qualifications

• Customer service mindset and professional demeanor.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly upon arrival with a warm, professional attitude.
• Safely drive and park customer and dealership vehicles across the lot.
• Retrieve serviced vehicles for customers and assist Service Advisors with lot organization.
• Install temporary seat covers and floor mats; ensure vehicle cleanliness.
• Transport vehicles to service bays, detail areas, or customer drop-off locations.
• Maintain the service drive and surrounding parking areas in a safe, organized state.
• Opportunity for growth into Service Advisor or Technician roles with company-paid training.
