Ricart Automotive in Dublin, OH is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and test vehicles using MPI inspections, with a focus on accurate estimates and clear explanations to customers.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with few points and no major violations.
• 1–3 years of experience as a service technician; manufacturer certifications preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in varying temperatures and noise levels.

Responsibilities

• Complete MPI inspections for service advisors, including estimates and explanations.
• Test drive vehicles with customers to evaluate noise or vibration concerns.
• Diagnose and repair vehicles based on identified issues and approved estimates.
• Test drive vehicles after repairs to ensure concerns have been resolved.
• Identify and document any additional work needed after inspection or test drive.
