Qualifications

• 2+ years in training, enablement, or customer education — ideally in business-to-business software or automotive.
• Exceptional presentation and training skills — you can explain complex workflows simply and keep an audience engaged.
• Experience creating training materials for different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Identify which dealers need engagement using data signals.
• Reach out to those dealers relentlessly to schedule training.
• Deliver outstanding training to dealership staff — live or virtually.
• Build and maintain training curriculum and materials tailored to dealership workflows.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to align training timing with deployments.
