Job summary

Crater Lake Ford in Medford, OR is seeking a B-Level Service Technician to diagnose malfunctions, perform repairs, and road-test vehicles to ensure quality and safety. This role requires a solid dealership background and attention to detail.

You will document repairs, manage basic tool inventories, and pursue manufacturer and ASE training while upholding Lithia & Driveway standards. Competitive pay and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of dealership automotive technician experience required.
• Strong diagnostic skills.
• Operate manual and automatic transmissions.
• Willing to grow and learn our dealership and the Ford brand.
• Attention to detail and safety protocols.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
• Review the technical bulletins and other publications as assigned by management.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose cause of malfunction and perform repairs per Lithia and Ford standards.
• Road-test vehicles to verify repair quality.
• Record time spent and document repair procedures/results.
• Maintain inventory of common tools and ensure tools are in good condition.
• Ensure the customer’s vehicles are returned clean after service.
• Complete required training and pursue manufacturer/ASE certifications.
• Participate in and utilize technical training as assigned by management.
