Qualifications

• Prior automotive technician experience required.
• Valid driver's license in your state of residence.
• ASE certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy per Lithia and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose cause of malfunction.
• Road test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
• Document work performed and test procedures/results.
• Maintain manufacturer and ASE certifications through required training.
• Manage tools and shop supplies cost-effectively.
• Keep an inventory of essential tools used for repairs.
