Lithia Honda is seeking a Honda Service Technician in Medford, OR. The role involves performing repairs per repair orders, diagnosing issues, and ensuring safety and quality through road tests and proper documentation.

You will maintain tools, keep the workspace tidy, and ensure customer vehicles are returned clean. Ideal candidates have prior automotive technician experience, Honda dealership familiarity, strong communication, and a drive to obtain ASE and manufacturer certifications.

Qualifications

• Prior automotive technician experience required.
• Honda dealership experience preferred.
• Sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and reliability.
• Comfortable with technology and learning software.
• ASE certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy.
• Diagnose cause of malfunction.
• Complete all work according to safety requirements.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure repair quality.
• Record time spent on repairs using time clock procedures.
• Document work performed on repair orders and test results.
• Maintain an organized workspace and daily stall cleaning.
• Ensure vehicles are returned clean.
• Acquire and maintain manufacturer and ASE certifications.
