Aufgaben

• Provide prompt, efficient, quality service to all customers.
• Greet customers in a timely, friendly and professional manner.
• Answer all customer questions with genuine concern.
• Route calls and messages to appropriate parties.
• Assist in administrative duties including sorting and filing.
• Attend all department and staff meetings.
• Support the Sales Department and interface with customers daily.
• Other duties as assigned.
