Job summary

Holman is seeking a Platform Controller to lead the dealership accounting function in Raleigh, NC. You will supervise controllers, partner with regional leadership, and drive standardized accounting across platforms to ensure reliable data.

You will travel to local dealerships monthly and to out-of-state sites quarterly, supporting budgeting, audits, and strategic initiatives with senior leadership. Competitive compensation and relocation assistance are offered.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ accounting experience, including 3+ at a leadership level in a dealership.
• Experience with multiple brands or General Managers preferred.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent leadership and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Dealership Accounting function for your assigned Platform.
• Supervise the Dealership Controllers and Assistant Controllers.
• Partner with VP Sales Operations and other regional leaders on initiatives and budgets.
• Coordinate and manage acquisitions or dispositions and dealership moves.
