Job summary

Holman Enterprises in Portland, OR, seeks a Platform Controller to lead dealership accounting for our Central and West Coast platforms. Based in the region or willing to relocate, you will supervise the Dealership Controllers and partner with regional leadership to ensure accurate financial data and strong internal controls.

You will drive annual plans, conduct ad hoc analyses, coach leaders, and travel monthly to local dealerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• Extensive accounting knowledge including dealership operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead the Dealership Accounting function for the assigned Platform.
• Supervise the Dealership Controllers and Assistant Controllers.
• Partner with VP–Sales Operations and regional leadership on initiatives.
• Perform ad‑hoc analyses for senior leadership and budgeting items.
• Review internal audits and ensure actionable remediation.
• Travel monthly to local dealerships; additional travel as needed.
