Job summary

Holman is seeking a Platform Controller to join our finance leadership team. This role will oversee the Dealership Accounting function across platforms, supervise Controllers, and partner with senior leaders on regional initiatives.

The position requires travel to local dealerships monthly and quarterly out-of-state visits as needed. The Platform Controller will develop financial leaders, standardize pay plans, ensure data integrity, and support annual plans and reforecasts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Dealership Accounting function for your assigned Platform.
• Supervise the Dealership Controllers and Assistant Controllers, acting as a liaison for initiatives and communications.
• Develop high-performing financial leaders by actively managing and empowering them.
• Partner closely with the Vice President - Sales Operations within your region, including driving support for initiatives and acting on projects.
• Execute on financial questions and tasks from the Regional Aftersales Director within your region.
• Review dealership Internal Audits and ensure implementation of action plans.
• Build relationships with General Managers and Department Managers within your region.
• Analyze and review performance results with regional leadership and dealership management.
• Analyze complex pay plans and work with Central Service Teams on standardization.
• Ensure consistency in accounting across all platforms for reliable data.
• Support dealership annual plans, reforecasts and budgeting items.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis for VPSOs, RADs, Regional Controller, Director - Accounting Operations, VP Finance and senior leadership.
