Planet Honda in Union, NJ is seeking receptionists for a fast-paced dealership role. The position offers $17 per hour, full-time hours, including Saturday and evenings.

As a receptionist, you’ll greet customers, handle payments, answer calls, and support the delivery coordination with sales. The role requires 2+ years in admin customer-facing work, detail orientation, and strong communication. Prior dealership experience is a plus, and a valid driver’s license is needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in administrative customer-facing roles.
• Dealership experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers who enter the showroom.
• Process customer payments and credit card transactions.
• Answer and address all incoming phone calls in a friendly, prompt manner.
• Occasionally scan and file documents as needed.
• Coordinate vehicle delivery process with salespeople and customers for license plate pickup and other clerical duties.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of desk and showroom.
